Deploying spare Access Point

Connect the Access Point with the cable to the correct port on the EXCON and wait for it to connect.
It may take up to 5 minutes for the access point to register with the other access point.

After connecting a spare Access Point, it must be configured for the corresponding system:

Check according to the instructions in Wifi Analyzer which channel is still available.

Start the browser and enter in the address bar: https://192.168.21.10

Enter username: admin

Enter the general password for password.

Under Configuration, click on suit-Wi-Fi.

From the Channel drop-down menu, select a channel that is free (as determined with the Wifi Analyzer in step 2)

Click Update Settings to apply the changes.

Click on the correct suit-wifi number tab (of the defective access point)

Click Enabled under the Wireless Availability menu to turn on the selected suit-wifi

Click Update Settings

Go to the Maintenance tab and uncheck the defective Access Point and check the spare Access Point.

After getting the repaired Access Point back, select the correct Access Point in the Maintenance tab
