Remove the replica prop from the charging cable and check if the charger assembly of the replica charging case has visible signs of damage

Verify that the power cord of the replica charging case is connected to the power reel
| The power cable was not connected to the power reel. After connecting the power cable to the power reel the right charging LED-light is lit | ➔ | Problem solved |
| The replica is not charging | ➔ | Continue to step 03 |

Verify that the power reel that connects the replica charging case has power, by connecting the battery charger to the power reel
| The battery charger is powered | ➔ | Continue to step 05 |
| The battery charger is not powered | ➔ | Continue to step 04 |

Verify that the Elimit RESET button on the power reel has been pushed
| The light on the Elimit is lit after the RESET button is pressed | ➔ | Continue to step 5 |
| The light on the Elimit is not lit after the RESET button is pressed | ➔ | Try another power socket and redo this step. If still not working then the power reels needs to be delivered to RE-liON for repair |

Connect a charging cable to the replica
| The right charging LED-light is lit as soon as the charging cable is connected to the replica | ➔ | Problem solved |
| The right charging LED-light is not lit as soon as the charging cable is connected to the replica | ➔ | Try another charging cable in the Replica charging case for a temporarily fix. The Replica charging case needs to be delivered to RE-liON for repair |
