Check if the battery is properly inserted.

Insert a different battery.

Turn off the Smartvest, remove the batteries and wait for 15 seconds. Then turn the Smartvest back on.
Check EXCON status bar if error persists.

| The message is still displayed in the status bar of the EXCON | ➔ | The Smartvest must be returned to RE-liON for repair. |
