Take the USB stick from case 12 | SUIT Development Station and connect it to the Smartvest that has the DMP file.
Open the VNC program on the EXCON to log in to the Smartvest.
Enter the IP address of the Smartvest with the DMP file. Check the IP address list for the correct IP address.
Enter the password.
Open the Windows File Explorer and navigate to localappdata%re-lion\Rlaunch\Packages\SUIT\Capybara Dev\Scenario\bin\
In the bin folder, find the files with the correct date – the date the crash occurred – and the correct extensions – *.dmp, *.trace and *.bmp – and copy them
to the USB stick.
Examples of names with extensions:
- RE-liON SUIT_rev51777 22-10-202117h05m22s.dmp
- RE-liON SUIT_rev51777 22-10-202117h05m22s.trace
- RE-liON SUIT_rev51777 22-10-202117h05m22s.bmp
On the EXCON computer, go to C:\re-lion\SUIT\RE-lion SUIT revxxxxx xx-xx-xxxx\working copy\bin\ and copy all files with devicename.aorbdmp
to the USB stick.
Make sure all files are in a clearly named folder on the USB stick.
Make sure that the USB stick with DMP files is send to the local supplier, so that the problem that has occurred can be investigated.
