Check the messages in the status bar on the EXCON to see which Access Point is not connected.

Follow the cables to make sure they are properly connected to both the EXCON and the Access Point.

Connect the cables properly and wait a minute. Is the message still displayed in the status bar on the EXCON?

Take a spare network cable from case 13 | Spare pack and connect it between the EXCON and the Access Point. Wait a minute. Is the message still
displayed in the status bar on the EXCON?
