Check if a message is displayed in the Status bar of the EXCON.

Turn off the Smartvest, remove the batteries and wait for 15 seconds.

Make sure the Auto Conserve Battery Mode is turned off.
In SUIT, go to Start training5. ExerciseMiscellaneous tab → Uncheck the option Auto conserve battery mode.

Disconnect the cable between the Access Point and the EXCON, wait about 15 seconds and reconnect the cable.
