Smartvest black screen/desktop

Check the HMD of the Smartvest to see if there is an image.

The desktop is displayed
This is a green image
Go to Step 2
The image is completely blackGo to Step 3
The screensaver of SUIT is displayed
This is a gray image with a moving RE-liON logo.
Go to Step 4

Under Start training → 2. Physical equipment, check whether the Smartvest still connects to the EXCON.

The Smartvest no longer connects to the EXCONThe suit will restart automatically. Go to Step 3.
The Smartvest still connects to the EXCONGo to Step 3.

If no training image is displayed, turn off the Smartvest, remove the batteries and wait for 15 seconds.
Then turn the Smartvest back on. Under Start training → 2. Physical equipment, check if the Smartvest reconnects to the EXCON.
Check the HMD of the Smartvest to verify that the training image is displayed.

The training image is displayedThe problem is solved.
No training image is displayedThe Smartvest must be returned to the local supplier for repair.

Turn off the battery saver. In SUIT, go to Start training → 5. Exercise → Miscellaneous tab → Uncheck the option Auto conserve battery mode.
