One radio receiver not visible on EXCON.
Check if the radio receiver is turned on in the Maintenance tab. Please contact local supplier for instructions.

Enable the radio receiver in the Maintenance tab and check if the radio receiver
becomes visible in Location setup. Please contact local supplier for instructions.
| The radio receiver is visible in Location setup | ➔ | The problem is solved. |
| The radio receiver is not visible in Location setup | ➔ | Go to Step 3 |
Check whether the connectors are properly connected to the radio receiver and whether
they are connected to the correct port on the EXCON. See Checking cables
| The cables are not connected properly | ➔ | Go to Step 4 |
| The cables are connected properly | ➔ | Go to Step 5 |
Make sure the radio receiver cables are connected correctly and wait for the radio receiver to connect.
It may take up to 5 minutes for the radio receiver to start up.
| The radio receiver has established a connection | ➔ | The problem is solved. |
| The radio receiver has not established a connection | ➔ | Go to Step 5 |
Connect the radio receiver with another cable (eg Spare cable).

Remove the radio receiver from the system and deploy a spare radio receiver according to steps 1 and 2 of Deploying spare radio receiver.
| The radio receiver has established a connection | ➔ | The problem is solved. The defective radio receiver must be returned to the local supplier for repair. Measure the system again according to step 3 of Installing a spare radio receiver. |
| The radio receiver has not established a connection | ➔ | The port of the EXCON is probably broken. Contact local supplier to arrange a spare EXCON. |
