Turn off the Smartvest, remove the batteries and wait for 15 seconds. Then turn the Smartvest back on. Check in the status bar if the problem is solved.

Check in the status bar how many sensors are missing.
| 3 to 4 sensors are not found | ➔ | Go to Step 4 |

Check the two connectors that run through the back of the Smartvest for damage and make sure they are still connected.

Check if a specific strand of sensors is missing (e.g. foot, lower leg or upper leg). If so, check the connector at the end of the strand.
