Verify that the LED-lights on the nozzle are lit.

Connect the nozzle to the power cable of the gear charging case.

Charge the nozzle for at least 30 minutes. Disconnect the nozzle from the charging cable and turn the nozzle on by holding the red power
button for 1 second. Verify if the nozzle is working again.

Turn off the nozzle and wait for 15 seconds. Power on the nozzle and verify if the nozzle is working and showing up virtually when connected

Verify whether the antenna in the nozzle is not working or that the hand antenna of the Smartvest is not working
Verify that the nozzle does not work on either of the Smartvest’s hand antennas by switching the nozzle between the left and the right hand.

Verify if the nozzle is working with another Smartvest.

Verify if the antenna in the hand of the Smartvest is not folded.
