Check if the radio receivers are enabled in the Maintenance tab. Please contact local supplier for instructions.

Enable the radio receivers in the Maintenance tab and check if the radio receivers are visible in Location setup.

Check whether the connectors are properly connected to the radio receivers and whether they are
connected to the correct port on the EXCON. See Checking cables.

Make sure the cables of the radio receivers are connected correctly and wait for
the radio receivers to connect. It can take up to 5 minutes for the radio receivers to start up.

Connect the radio receivers with another cable (e.g. Spare cable).

Remove the first radio receiver of the strand from the system and install a spare radio receiver according to steps 1 and 2 of Deploying spare receiver.
